For June’s meeting, Dave & Tom will demystify the Terminal, Tom will demo a nifty application called AppZapper which helps clean up your Applications folder, then we’ll look at the iOS app, My Data Manager, and Tom will demo rapid photo triaging with Preview with photos he will have taken that morning at the annual Byward Market Auto Classic (come early and look at some classic cars).

We will also go over the latest Mac news, and answer Mac-related questions as best as we can.

The meeting takes place on Sunday, June 2nd, 2013, at 1 p.m. at Patty Bolands, located at 101 Clarence Street.

This month, Tom will talk about setting up Time Machine, and backups in general, then David will talk about backing up tax data securely using encrypted disk images and Dropbox. We’ll also talk about the various software promotional bundles, and follow up last month’s podcast discussion.
