January 06, 2013 Meeting

We’ll kick off 2013 with Tom gently reminding everyone how easy to use Time Machine, then Dave will show how to use Automator to send email to a list of people.  Then we’ll tackle some application suggestions for iOS and Mac OS from everyone.
We will also go over the latest Mac news, and answer Mac-related questions as best as we can.
The meeting takes place on Sunday, January 6th, 2013, at 1 p.m. at Patty Bolands, located at 101 Clarence Street.

December 2, 2012 Meeting

For December Tom will be discussing the fine art of video compression and conversion, and the tools he uses when he is doing format conversions, why he uses certain formats over others, and the effects of conversion.

Then, we will talk about the latest iTunes – version 11, and look at the changes it represents.  We will also go over the latest Mac news, and answer Mac-related questions as best as we can.
